The\u00a0 Georgian political field was once again shaken\u00a0 by a known storm called \u201cNDI\u201d. As you are aware of,\u00a0 in the United States of America, Canada, Japan, Australia\u00a0 it is an usual practice\u00a0 to give names to storms, hurricanes, tsunamis.\u00a0 and other natural disasters. We heard about the hurricane \u201cAlisa\u201d, storm \u201cBill\u201d, tsunami \u201cMargarita\u201d, etc. which has damaged in different times and doses the ocean shore s of the above listed countries. As for us, it is not necessary at all to invent a new name, because, the only \u201ctsunami\u201d\u00a0 that is attacking\u00a0 to us once in each two months, in called \u201cNDI\u201d\u00a0 and, despite the circumstance that we all know in advance the results it will publish,\u00a0 nevertheless it shakes strongly and for a long time the Georgian society. It is true there exists also another natural\u00a0 disaster IRI (people affectionately calls it ai-ra-i), but it is just a moderate tornado in comparison with a tsunami named NDI\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

A\u00a0 hurricane storm and\u00a0 tsunami raised by NDI together, get quite\u00a0 another dimensions, but a purpose\u00a0 of this article is not so much\u00a0 a criticism\u00a0 of NDI and its \u201csurveys\u201d\u00a0 we simply want\u00a0 to draw your attention\u00a0 to as if \u201coutrage\u201d of the current government of Georgia regarding this absolutely idiotic surveys ordered by NDI and in fact to their not so disappointed faces and real actions.<\/p>\n

If we think well about it, the shameful\u00a0 outbursts of NDI are first of all acceptable for \u201cGeorgian Dream\u201d\u00a0 and. let\u2019s say frankly, why:\u00a0 instead of the actual problems, instead of discussing about the poor living conditions the population is now, instead of\u00a0 charging responsibility to this really weak state power for this very hard situation\u00a0 the country is facing with, an accent is shifted to the talks whether Kakha Kaladze\u2019s positive image is higher than the one of Bidzina Ivanishvili, or\u00a0 David Bakradze is more trusted person or Giorgi Gakharia, for the Georgian population, or\u00a0 Irakli Garibasgcili is more colorful personality or Zviad Kuprava, or Nino Burjanadze is more a woman\u00a0 or Elene Khoshtaria \u2013 more a man, and many\u00a0 other similar sully themes come to the foreground<\/strong><\/p>\n

A certain \u201cSpoiler\u201d of the last survey of the NDI really is Kakha Kaladze and let\u2019s assess appropriately this their decision . Kakha Kaladze\u2019s<\/strong> them is\u00a0 put obviously intentionally in this survey and, as the experts think, \u201cKala\u2019s\u201d extremely increased rating should create a certain basis for alarm to personally Bidzina Ivanishvili<\/strong> and some other leaders of\u00a0 the \u201dGeorgian Dream\u201d too, who\u00a0 hold now or want to occupy higher positions in the\u00a0 future<\/p>\n

We cannot say whether it is true or not, but a fact is thar at present, NDI became very suspiciously in love with David Bakradze and Kakha Kaladze. All this survey is intended simply not to disappoint too much Bidzina Ivanishvili and Mikheil Saakashvili, but\u00a0 to say just\u00a0 Bakradze and Kaladze are the main heroes of the last NDI survey<\/p>\n

It cannot be excluded at all that Kakha Kaladze could pay some money for quoting his name in these surveys<\/p>\n

Or, maybe some others have gained Laura Thornton\u2019s<\/strong> (a close friend of Bokeria-Chorgolaishvili\u2019s family pair and the head of NDI Tbilisi Office) have gained heart and pocket for a black cat run between Bidzina Ivanishvili and\u00a0 one of its most solid footholds \u2013 Kakha Laladze?<\/p>\n

It is well known that\u00a0 from the very antient times rulers\u00a0 always experienced pain about a raise of\u00a0 rating and popularity of any of their viziers. In this context, Bidzina Ivanishvili does not differ so much from a type of \u201ceastern rulers\u201d\u00a0 and, if anybody thinks he my create a feeling top Bizina that Kala\u2019s authority is increasing extremely, this inevitably will cause\u00a0 an appropriate reaction by side of the \u201cruler\u201d. Another surprising fact is that according to this survey, the rating of the Patriarchate and the Patriarch personally, is decrease sharply\u00a0 and, the survey shows as if\u00a0 even Elene Khioshtaria\u2019s<\/strong> rating and popularity are\u00a0 higher than the Patriarch\u2019s.<\/p>\n

We can say figuratively: Influence of an expensive cognac presented to Laura Thornton by Chorgoleishvili\u00a0 in Bokeria\u2019s family is noticeable<\/p>\n

Everything in the NDI surveys is arranged with such \u201ccalculation\u201d that is the most favorable to Giga Bokeria and his team:<\/p>\n

  1. Introduction of Kakha Kaladze\u2019s authority as \u201cdangerous\u201d that, by their \u201ccalculation\u201d, must cause a deadly-vital conflict between Bidzina and Kala;<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Introduction of the Patriarchate and the Patriarch as a diminished organization, i.e. they think it is a prevention for people would not go to the streets by call of the Patriarch <\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Introduction of David Bakradze and in his person \u2013 the \u201cEuropean Georgia\u201d as a weighty political organization<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    In all here, we can see the so called \u201cdual goals\u201d too \u2013 for a long time some talks are on that the \u201cEuropean Georgia\u201d pretends for substitution of the \u201cNational Movement\u201d and, after the 2020 Elections to become the \u201csecond political force\u201d i.e. the main oppositional force, in Georgia. Another not groundless talks relate to the circumstance that Bokeria as if \u201creceived Bidzina\u2019s consent\u201d\u00a0 and everything is developing according to their secret covenant. By the way, if\u00a0\u00a0 consider\u00a0 the last surveys of the NDI\u00a0 from this section, we can say that everything is clear\u00a0 and exactly on their places, including Kaladze\u2019s theme among them \u2013 if Kaladze decides to leave the \u201cGeorgian Dream\u201d, and form his own political party, he really has big chances to compete with Giga Bokeria and his \u201cEuropean Georgia\u201d . As off today, Kakha Kaladze really has a potential to form the \u201cMain oppositional force\u201d which, in line with all other things, will be stable financially and, may gain quite a large number of seats in the parliament of 2020 formation<\/p>\n

    Here we must necessarily indicate here that Kaladze acts\u00a0 very carefully. . .<\/p>\n

    In contrary does not act carefully and as always directly and loudly says its words \u201cthe \u201cAlliance of Patriots of Georgia\u201d , namely, Irma Inashvili.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    We did not mention up now and,\u00a0\u00a0 let\u2019s say: in \u201cLaura\u2019s surveys\u201d a modest mention or most frequently \u2013 non-mention at all of Irma, is conditioned by Bokeria-Ivanishvili schedule and, can be explained very easily: Bokeria wants to threaten Ivanishvili by Kaladze and in parallel, to force him to realize how high rating has Bakradze. But, he does not know what to do with Inashvili who is a really high-rate politician. That\u2019s why Bokeria removes her from \u201cLaura\u2019s surveys\u201d, S IF NEITHER THE \u201cAlliance of Patriots\u201d nor Irma Inashvili exist at all\u00a0 . . .<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Otherwise, it is unimaginable to explain the fact why somebody Elene Khoshtaria is interesting for NDI who is mentioned there in four or five different sections and, why a rating of the acting vice-chairperson of the parliament is not interesting, if to take at least the sections of popularity, confidence, or some others, of the survey<\/p>\n

    And finally, if we try to arranged everything\u00a0 orderly, it becomes clear that a noise\u00a0 around the NDI surveys, is in real a performance only, staged for covering other events. Moreover,\u00a0 it is Also very doubtful the active talks in the massmedia\u00a0 about dismiss of Giorgi Gakharia from the position of the country\u2019s prime minister.\u00a0 To say openly the state power has unexhaustive themes as if against itself, by which those facts and events are covered effectively, which really indicate on weakening the government and running the country to catastrophe<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Ivanishvili and company make all possible efforts for not to give to\u00a0 the society to see and understand such a catastrophe. What another unfortune to see when in line Bidzina Ivanishvili, Giga Bokeria\u00a0 too – author of the 9-year bloody regime, works well for\u00a0 covering catastrophe ?!<\/p>\n
