Larisa Arachashvili – 28 years old teacher of Russian Language and Literature from Volgograd, became the winner of 2019 Russian Teacher of the Year contest

Arachashvili, who works at No.55 School “Field of Knowledge” devoted this victory to her pupils.
Marina Zezkova – a teacher of French language (St. Petersburg), Pavle Krasnovid – a teacher of Geography (Moscow Oblast), Nail Mirsaitov – a teacher of Biology (Tatarstan) and Veronika Romanova a teacher of Chemistry (Saratov) were also participating in the contest.
It should be noted that accord to the statement of the Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, an average salary of teachers of the schools in the capital city of Russia, increased 3 times during the last several years and made 110 thousand RUB (5020 GEL).
