“Rule of the operations of the General Assembly is known for everyone, including the Parliament of Georgia. These operations are always guided by the Russian chairman. I repeat: this was known to the Parliament and the political leadership of Georgia” – Mikhailidis underlined
He called provocative and preliminarily planned a behavior of the group of deputies and radical people who broke up the general assembly’s work. According to Mikhaildis, this situation has become a test for Georgia.
“Radical elements and radical people created an unacceptable situation in the Parliament, that, I repeat, caused this unacceptable state for the interparliamentary union. This is my official statement, I do it as the general secretary of the organization, with all the responsibility, ”he said
